Professor Kara had a keynote speech in the 13th International Conference on Axiomatic Design

The International Conference on Axiomatic Design (ICAD) series is the traditional meeting point of the worldwide Axiomatic Design Community since 2000. Axiomatic Design was developed by Professor Nam P. Suh at the MIT’s Department of Mechanical Engineering, by the end of the 1970s. The 13th International Conference on Axiomatic Design was hosted by the School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at the University of New South Wales.

Professor Sami Kara from School of Mechanical and Manufacturing gave a keynote speech and presented his insights into Absolute Sustainability and Product Design.

Professor Mark Hoffman, the Dean of UNSW Engineering, gave a regarding UNSW perspective and approach in teaching design to the students.
