Ashley goes on the NICTA 2016 Optimisation Summer Symposium

February 2016

Ashley applied, and was accepted, to go on NICTA's 2016 Optimisation Summer Symposium. NICTA is a world leader in the field of optimisation. Over the course of five days he watched lectures given by a range of experts. Topics varied from intricacies in the Simplex Algorithm to how to model Industrial problems.
