Online registrations are now closed as we are relocating onsite to prepare for the Conference.

Please download a hard copy form which you can complete and bring with you to the Conference.

For all queries, including new registrations, please ask the staff at the registration desk when you arrive at the Conference. The registration desk will be located on ground level foyer of The Scientia Conference and Events Centre situated in The John Niland Building, UNSW and will be operating at the following times:

General Information

Participation is open to all professionals interested in sustainable manufacturing and engineering.

The CIRP LCE 2015 Conference fees are quoted in Australian dollars (A$) and are inclusive of GST. All persons intending to attend the Conference must complete an Online Registration. Please read the registration information before you complete the online registration form.

Registration Entitlements

Delegates

The full registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:

  • All sessions
  • All official documentation including program booklet
  • Conference Dinner
  • Morning and afternoon teas
  • Lunch
  • Satchel
  • Delegate List

 

Registration Information

Credit Card Payments Online

Online Registration is preferred. Please click here to register. Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card.

Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. All transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to "Conference by arinex Sydney".

Cheque

All payments by cheque incur an A$10 processing fee.

Cheque payments will only be accepted up until 24 February 2015. After this date, all registrations must be submitted online with credit card details to the conference website.

Cheques are to be made payable to “Arinex on behalf of CIRP LCE 2015”. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted.

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.

You will not receive any further publications before the Conference. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Conference. At the Conference you will receive the final program, Conference documentation and a list of delegates.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.

Registration Fees:

Delegates who have not yet received confirmation their paper/s has been accepted, but have paid for their registration, will be charged the below cancellation fees should they choose to cancel their registration due to non-acceptance of their paper.

The following cancellation fees apply to all delegates:

  • Cancellation before 24 February 2015 will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation before 06 March 2015 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
  • Cancellation after 06 March 2015 there will be no refund.

Accommodation Fees:

Please note the Conference Managers are not managing reservations for this Conference. Kindly refer to the confirmation sent by the hotel for information on cancellation.

Cancellation requests and changes must be lodged in writing to the selected hotel. Any booking that does not arrive to the hotel on the specified date of arrival, will incur a one (1) nights full accommodation rate no show penalty. All applicable cancellations fees will be retained by the selected hotel. +Accomodation info and reservation

Social Function Fees:

  • Payments are non-refundable at 06 March 2015

Entrance to the Conference

Each delegate will receive a namse badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to all included social functions.

The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

 

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through cancellation of the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

 

Private Touring/ Hospitality Arrangements

Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Conference Managers who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.

 

Private Functions

It is requested that you advise the Conference Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Conference Managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.

Disclaimer

The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
